Cordial Liqueurs have existed since the 13th century and were mostly prepared by monks. At Vital-Herne, we infuse our fruits and herbs with the same method as did the monks.
Currently, Produits Vital-Herne has 9 flavored liqueurs; Apricot, Anis, Cacao, Cherry, Passion Fruit, Tangerine, Mint and Prune.
Use it as an aperitif before eating.
